CULTURAL CENTER & URBAN REVITALIZATION

Rah-Ahan square is one of the main squares in Tehran which is across of the main train station. Rah-Ahan square is suffering from traffic, pollution and lack of pleasant urban space for passengers. An urban refuge is an attempt to re-vitalize the square and solve the urban issues of this part of the city. 
This project consists of two phases: 1) re-vitalizing Rah-Ahan square, 2) Designing a commercial, cultural building near the train station.
